Define exactly how many points each party receives when the conditions are met. The incentive can be symmetrical (both receive the same) or asymmetrical (the referrer receives more for attracting them).

The referral link flow is not fixed. You can choose for the referred to land directly on the catalog registration form — for maximum conversion — or on an intermediate landing that explains the benefit before taking them to your website or eCommerce.

The link leads to the standard Omniwallet catalog registration. The most direct and fastest flow — ideal when the goal is maximum registration volume with the least possible friction.

The link first goes through a page that explains the benefit of the invitation ("Your friend María gives you 100 welcome points"), and then redirects to the final destination of your choice — your website, your online store, or the catalog.

When using the intermediate page, the final destination URL is configurable by you. You can direct the referred to your corporate website, your eCommerce, or any other URL that maximizes conversion.

Rewards are given when the referred does something real.

It's not enough for the referred to register. Omniwallet allows you to condition the awarding of points to specific behaviors — from the most basic to those requiring a real purchase. You choose the level of demand according to your goal.

Any referral can be manually blocked from the panel if fraud or misuse is detected. Blocking prevents points from being awarded and is recorded in the history with date and reason.

Balanced model

Limit of 5-10 referrals per client, first purchase condition to activate, moderate points for each party. The most common standard — captures reasonable volume with sufficient quality and a controlled acquisition cost.

Qualified model

Low referral limit (2-3), first purchase condition + minimum amount, high rewards only when the referred truly converts. For businesses where acquisition cost can be high but the client's LTV more than compensates.

Exclusive referrals by level

Only Gold and Platinum clients can participate in the referral program — or receive superior rewards. Turn the right to refer into a high-level privilege, reinforcing the value of progressing in the program.

Temporary campaign referrals

The referral program is activated only during a specific time window — the opening month of a new store, collection launch, a specific campaign. Points are temporarily higher to generate urgency.
