Add physical products to the catalog — merchandise, items from your own line, or any product you want to offer as a reward. The system manages stock, orders, and shipping statuses directly from the panel.
Real-time stock management

Define the available stock of each product. When stock reaches zero, the product automatically stops appearing in the catalog. Import and export inventory from the panel.

Configurable home delivery

Activate home delivery with configurable point cost. The customer enters their delivery address when redeeming. You manage the order and update the status from the redemption panel.

SKU, categories, and images

Each product has its complete file: SKU, image, category, description, point price, and configurable visibility. Organize the catalog by categories to facilitate customer navigation.

Load your coupon bank from a CSV or add codes manually. The system distributes them in order, ensuring each customer receives a unique code that has not been used before.

Automatic consumption with each redemption

Upon redemption, the system extracts the next available coupon from the pool and assigns it to the customer. If the pool is empty, the product automatically becomes unavailable.

Percentage or fixed amount discounts

Coupons can be percentage-based (15% off), fixed amount (10€ off), or free shipping. Compatible with Shopify, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop coupon systems.

What exactly is the Loyalty Market?
It is a catalog of rewards redeemable for points, fully integrated into Omniwallet. It works out of the box: you don't need to develop anything of your own or manage external integrations. It activates with the rewards you choose and operates automatically from day one.
Can I mix my own rewards with brand gift cards?
Yes, completely. The catalog supports all types of rewards at once: your own physical products, your own digital products, coupon pools from your eCommerce, and gift cards from external brands. The customer sees everything in a single unified catalog under your brand.
Are gift cards generated without manual intervention?
Yes. Omniwallet is directly integrated with gift card providers. At the moment of redemption, the card is automatically generated and arrives in the customer's email in seconds. There is no manual process or approval needed.
Can I control which rewards each type of customer sees?
Yes. You can define which rewards are accessible or visible only for certain customer levels. A VIP reward can appear in the catalog for Bronze and Silver to see as an aspiration, but only Gold and Platinum can redeem it.
How does the coupon pool work?
You load a bank of discount codes (from your eCommerce platform or generated manually). Each time a customer redeems that reward, the system automatically extracts the next available code from the bank and delivers it. When the bank is empty, the product deactivates itself.
Can I have my own domain for the catalog?
Yes. The catalog portal can be configured with a custom domain — for example rewards.yourbrand.com. The customer never sees Omniwallet URLs. The design is also customizable with your logo, colors, and typography.
