4-Step System

Scan actions make it possible to add or subtract points instantly through a simple, visual system that any employee can use.

  • 1 Setup: The business owner creates “actions” in the OmniWallet dashboard. Each action has a name and a number of points to add (+) or subtract (-).
  • 2 Scan: When a customer presents their card, the employee scans it with their phone camera (QR code or similar).
  • 3 Select: A screen automatically appears with buttons for all configured actions. The employee selects the appropriate action.
  • 4 Execute: On click, points are added/subtracted instantly and the action is logged with date, time, user, and employee.
