A guide on push notifications: how they work, types of notifications, and what they are for.
Push notifications in Omniwallet allow you to communicate directly with your users through personalized messages sent to the mobile device where they have installed their digital card. This functionality enhances the customer experience and strengthens the relationship with your brand.
What is it for?
You can use push notifications to:
- Inform the user when points are assigned.
- Communicate promotions, news, or reminders.
- Generate a direct and automated post-purchase experience.
