Complete guide: how to integrate Omniwallet with PrestaShop

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• An active store on PrestaShop

• An active account on Omniwallet

• An API Token generated in Omniwallet

Download the Omniwallet module

Download the official Omniwallet module for PrestaShop HERE.

Save the ZIP file on your computer, as you will need it for the installation.

Installing the module in PrestaShop

1. Access the backoffice of your PrestaShop store.

2. Go to Modules.

3. Drag the Omniwallet module ZIP file to the upload area.

4. Wait for the module to install successfully.

Module configuration

Once installed:

1. Access the Omniwallet module configuration.

2. Complete the following fields:

Configuration parameters

• Store subdomain name
  Subdomain to access your Omniwallet account.
  Example: if you access example.omniwallet.net, the subdomain is example.

• Omniwallet Token
  API Token generated from Omniwallet at:
  Integrations → API

• Redeem points to euros
  Point-to-euro conversion rule to be used at checkout.

• Minimum purchase
  Minimum amount required to redeem points.

• Omniwallet CMS program points
  Page where the terms and conditions of the loyalty program are displayed.

• Loyalty program name
  Commercial name that the customer will see.

• Minimum purchase with shipping
  Defines whether the minimum amount includes shipping costs or not.

• Omniwallet active
  Activate or deactivate the module.

• Order success status
  Order status that adds points in Omniwallet.

• Order revocation status
  Order status that revokes points in case of cancellation or return.

3. Save the configuration.

System operation

Once the module is configured:

• Each valid purchase:

  • Is registered in Omniwallet.

  • Automatically generates points for the customer.

• In case of cancellation or return:

  • Points are revoked according to the configured status.

• At checkout:

  • The customer can redeem points for discount euros.

Final result

With the integration active:

• Loyalty is a natural part of the purchasing process.

• Customers accumulate and redeem points frictionlessly.

• The team does not need to manage manual processes.
