Management and actions on a contact

From the contacts table, you can access the individual management of each client.

Available Actions

From the actions menu of a contact, you can:

  • View the complete details of the contact

  • Edit basic information

  • Check the points history

  • Review activity related to campaigns, redemptions, and referrals

Contact Synchronization

The synchronization option forces the update of data from integrated systems (ecommerce, API, or external tools).

When to use it:

  • After changes in integrations

  • To verify outdated data

  • During review or support tasks

This view allows you to obtain a 360º view of the client.
