It is our Out-Of-The-Box rewards catalog: it can include physical products, digital products, coupons, and coupon pools, as well as gift cards from major brands, which are generated and delivered instantly. The entire process is fully automated and connected with the points, levels, and campaigns system.
🎁 Reward Catalog Management
From the main Gifts panel, you can see a list of all active or inactive products, along with the following information:
- Thumbnail (image): Preview of the product.
- Name: Name visible to the user.
- SKU: Internal identification code.
- Visibility: Button to activate or deactivate the visibility of the product in the rewards catalog.
- Price: Number of points required to redeem the gift.
- Stock: Quantity available for redemption.
- Category: Group to which the gift belongs (for example, “Gifts”, “Experiences”, “Physical products”, etc.).
- Actions: Edit data, change image, or manage the product content.
You also have the following quick actions:
- Create product
- Import products from file
- Export products
- Filter by custom attributes

By clicking the “Create product” button, a pop-up form will open where you must complete the following fields:

| Type | Product type: Physical or Digital. |
| Category | Category to which the product belongs. |

| Price | Number of points required for redemption. |
| Brand | Brand of the product (optional). |
| Description | Descriptive text of the product (optional). |
| Images | Allows uploading an illustrative image of the product. |
| Levels | You can assign user levels that have access to this product. |
| Custom attributes | Add additional properties such as size, color, format, etc. |
