It is our Out-Of-The-Box rewards catalog: it can include physical products, digital products, coupons, and coupon pools, as well as gift cards from major brands, which are generated and delivered instantly. The entire process is fully automated and connected with the points, levels, and campaigns system.

🎁 Reward Catalog Management

From the main Gifts panel, you can see a list of all active or inactive products, along with the following information:

  • Thumbnail (image): Preview of the product.
  • Name: Name visible to the user.
  • SKU: Internal identification code.
  • Visibility: Button to activate or deactivate the visibility of the product in the rewards catalog.
  • Price: Number of points required to redeem the gift.
  • Stock: Quantity available for redemption.
  • Category: Group to which the gift belongs (for example, “Gifts”, “Experiences”, “Physical products”, etc.).
  • Actions: Edit data, change image, or manage the product content.

You also have the following quick actions:

  • Create product
  • Import products from file
  • Export products
  • Filter by custom attributes

➕ Create New Product

By clicking the “Create product” button, a pop-up form will open where you must complete the following fields:

NameName of the gift that the user will see.
SKUInternal code (can be alphanumeric).
VisibilityDefines whether the product is visible or not in the catalog.
TypeProduct type: Physical or Digital.
CategoryCategory to which the product belongs.
StockQuantity available for redemption.
PriceNumber of points required for redemption.
BrandBrand of the product (optional).
DescriptionDescriptive text of the product (optional).
ImagesAllows uploading an illustrative image of the product.
LevelsYou can assign user levels that have access to this product.
Custom attributesAdd additional properties such as size, color, format, etc.
