Loyalty Market Settings

This section allows you to customize the design of the digital catalog that you will offer to your users, configure physical stores, and establish home delivery options. You will be able to adapt the visual and functional experience to your brand identity and the needs of your customers.



Catalog Publication

  • Publication Status: Here it indicates whether the catalog is published or not.
  • Go to Catalog Button: Access the public version of your catalog directly to review or share it.
  • Custom Domain: You can add your own domain to access the catalog, reinforcing your branding. Click on Add Domain to set it up.

Catalog Design

Customize the visual appearance of the catalog to reflect your brand identity.

  • Logo: Upload the logo that will appear in the header of the catalog.
  • Banner: Upload a banner image to highlight promotions or brand image.
  • Logo Link: URL to which the user will be directed when clicking on the logo.
  • Banner Link: URL that will open when clicking on the banner.
  • System Name: Name that will appear in the catalog (e.g., “Luxury Club”).
  • Currency: Name by which points are identified in the catalog (e.g., “points”).
  • Currency Abbreviation: Short form to represent the currency (e.g., “pts”).
  • Typography: Select the font you prefer for the texts in the catalog.
  • Colors:
Primary and secondary font color.
Primary and secondary color of elements (buttons, icons).
Primary and secondary background color.
Content background color.
Navigation bar color.

You can choose a predefined theme with the Choose Theme button and then save the changes.

Configure Shipping

  • Allow home delivery: Activate this option so that users can order products with delivery.
  • Shipping cost in points: Define how many points will be deducted to cover the shipping cost.
Remember to save the changes after modifying this section.

Configure Stores

You can manage and configure several physical stores related to your catalog so that customers can pick up their redemptions at those locations.

Store List with:
  • Name
  • Full Address
  • Contact Phone
  • Add Store Button to register new physical points.
  • Options to edit existing stores (pencil icon) or send notifications to stores (megaphone icon).

Advanced Settings

Additional options to customize the user experience and security.

  • Maximum session duration: Time (in minutes) that the session lasts before automatically closing.
  • Edit personal data: Allow or block the user from modifying their personal data.
  • Expired session redirection: Activate and define the URL to which the user will be sent when their session expires.
  • Disable login with email and password: Activate to prevent users from logging in with traditional credentials.
  • Customize completed order dialog text: Activate to write a personalized message after completing an order.

Profile view settings: Configure which sections (Personal Data, Addresses) will be visible to the user.

Recommendations
Keep colors and typography aligned with your visual identity to generate trust and recognition.

Configure home delivery only if you have logistics for it and be clear about the associated costs in points.

Take advantage of advanced settings to control security and customize the final user experience.
