From this section, you can define how points are calculated, credited, and managed within your loyalty program. The points configuration is key to aligning your loyalty strategy with your brand's business objectives.
1. Conversion Rule
This section defines the monetary value of the points.
How much does 1 point cost?
Enter how many euros one point is worth.
Example: if 1 point is equivalent to 1 €, you should enter “1”.
Calculator
Use this tool to visualize the equivalence.
For example:
1 euro = 1 point
10 euros = 10 points
💡 This conversion directly affects the calculation of points earned for each transaction. It is the foundation of the reward system.
2. Points Lock
This setting allows you to establish a waiting period before points are credited to the user.
- Activate the Enable switch if you want to apply a delay.
- Indicate the number of days (for example, 30).
- This is useful if you want to prevent points from being applied immediately, for example:
- In case of possible returns.
- To set up conditional points programs (like post-trial loyalty).
⏳ During this period, the points will be pending and cannot be used.
3. Actions by Scanning
This section allows you to set up custom actions that are triggered when scanning a QR code.
Button text: Text that will be seen by the scanner (for example: “Visit in store”).
Action:
- Add: Adds points.
- Remove: Deducts points.
- Points/Stamps: Number of points or stamps that will be added or removed when executing this action.
Click Add to create new actions, and then Save to save.
📲 This functionality is ideal for linking physical visits, participation in events, or promotional dynamics with your loyalty program.
Recommendations
- Check that the point value is consistent with your profit margin.
- Activate the assignment delay only if you have return or validation processes.
- Use the actions by scanning as a creative tool to connect the physical environment with the digital.
