This guide explains step by step how to correctly set up a roulette.
1. Create a new roulette
From the Roulette panel, you can:
-
Select an existing roulette.
-
Create a new roulette by clicking on “New roulette”.
Each roulette is configured independently and can be activated or deactivated at any time.
2. General settings
In the General Settings section, you define the basic data of the roulette:
-
Active roulette
Activate or deactivate the roulette.
Only active roulettes are visible and playable by users. -
Name
Internal name of the roulette. -
Activity period
Date range in which the roulette will be available to customers. -
Description

Free or paid roulette
-
If it is free, users can play without spending points.
-
If it is not free, you can define a cost per spin in points.
-
-

3. Limits and resets
In this section, you control how many times each user can play:
-
Maximum spins per user
Define the maximum number of times a user can spin the roulette.
If the value is 0, spins are unlimited. -
Reset counter
Define when the spin counter resets:-
Every day
-
Every week
-
Every month
-
-
Reset now
Allows you to manually reset the spin counter for all users.
4. Visual appearance
Here you can customize the look of the roulette:
-
Color of the outer border.
-
Color of the indicator.
-
Overall design of the segments.
All changes are reflected in real-time in the preview, allowing you to validate the appearance before saving.
5. Prize settings
The Prizes section is the core of the roulette. Here you define what the user can win.
Available prize types
Each segment of the roulette can be configured as:
-
Points
-
Define the number of points that will be awarded.
-
Points are automatically added to the user's balance.
-
-
Product (Loyalty Market)
-
Allows you to gift a product from the Loyalty Market.
-
You can select any available product (physical, digital, or coupon).
-
-
No prize
-
The segment does not grant any benefit.
-
Product-type prizes: stock operation
When the selected prize is a product from the Loyalty Market, it is important to consider the following:
-
The total available stock is the stock of the product in the Loyalty Market.
-
When configuring the prize, you can define:
-
How many units will be raffled of that product in the roulette.
-
It is not mandatory to raffle all the stock: you can use only part of it.
-
System behavior:
-
Each time a user wins the product, one unit is deducted.
-
When:
-
All configured units have been delivered or
-
The product runs out of stock in the Loyalty Market
👉 the roulette automatically deactivates.
-
This prevents awarding prizes without stock and ensures total control over the gifts.
6. Roulette preview
At all times, you can see a preview of the roulette:
-
In vertical format.
-
With the configured colors, texts, and prizes.
From the preview, you can also:
-
Test the spin.
-
Download the roulette if necessary.
7. Save and activate
Once all sections are configured:
-
Save the changes.
-
Activate the roulette if you want users to be able to play.
From that moment on, the roulette will operate automatically according to the defined rules.

-
Combine point prizes with product prizes to increase appeal.
