How to create a segment step by step

Creating a segment in Omniwallet is a simple and flexible process.

Steps to create a segment

1. Access Customer Management → Segments

2. Click on Create segment

3. Assign a descriptive name to the segment

4. Define one or more criteria

5. Save the segment

Once created, Omniwallet automatically calculates which contacts meet the conditions.

Available criteria

You can segment contacts based on:

• Accumulated points

• Level

• Registration date

• Last activity

• Specific activity purchases, redemptions, campaigns, journey

• Registration source

The criteria can be combined to create more precise segments.
